Distinct from the Lamego Quinta with a similar name, this Quinta da Casa Amarela in Bucelas is part of the Lisboa wine region — a historic estate at the heart of the Arinto-producing zone. The visit combines a tour of the 18th-century stone cellars (where some of the original lagares are still intact), walks through the limestone-rich vineyards, and tastings of the estate's structured, mineral Arinto whites that demonstrate why Bucelas was once the most celebrated white-wine zone of Portugal.
