Description

This Alvarinho isn’t shy – it’s a powerhouse of minerality, born from the steep vineyards above 200 metres around Monção and Melgaço. The granite soils and the Alvarinho grape itself clearly put on a show during fermentation, which was carried out at a rather daring temperature. The result is a beautifully dry finish, practically begging for a perfectly paired grilled white fish.
