Soalheiro Brut Nature Sparkling is a “off‑the‑box” sparkling wine, inspired by the traditional method of sparkling wine production and featuring a special innovation. It is based on the Soalheiro Nature wine, our Alvarinho without added sulfites. Yeast pearls are added to the base wine, which is then bottled with a special cork, keeping the pearls inside the bottle until the wine is served. The neutral‑flavoured pearls provide a very delicate effervescence and texture. They are highly visible, especially when they accumulate in the last glass, and can even be tasted. Drinking our Brut Nature Sparkling is a unique experience that should be enjoyed with enthusiasm and curiosity.
