This Soulmate from the Douro certainly throws out the rulebook on rosé – it’s a surprisingly robust wine. Beneath that lovely salmon hue, you’ll find a complex nose brimming with vibrant green raspberry and bitter cherry, beautifully expressed by the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. Remarkably balanced, thanks to its careful aging in oak barrels, it’s a wine that lingers beautifully on the palate. A fantastic match for grilled fish with a squeeze of orange, wouldn't you say?
