The moderately structured body, with hints of toasted bread and cocoa, is a testament to the skill of the Touriga Nacional. It finishes with a cool menthol touch, a splash of the sea, and a persistence that makes you wonder if the producer hid a fisherman’s secret in the vineyard. Perfect with grilled fish and lemon.
