This Terracota from the Dão, from No Rules Wines, certainly has a spirit of adventure – perhaps it’s simply daydreaming about other places! Vinified in terracotta amphorae with extended skin contact, as meticulously orchestrated by enologist Tiago Macena, it promises a truly intense experience, a deep dive into granite and clay. Expect a persistent finish, complex aromas, and a wonderfully surprising texture. Perfect with a hearty roast or a well-prepared lamb dish, really.
