This Tojo Blanc de Noirs presents a lovely pale yellow hue, bursting with aromas of orchard fruits – think ripe apple and pear – alongside a refreshing hint of mint. On the palate, it’s wonderfully smooth and enveloping, but with a surprising structural backbone thanks to the robust Castelão grapes from the Setúbal Peninsula. It’s a fantastic match for grilled fish or a vibrant salad of red berries, really.
