This Tinta Miúda from Torre de Palma is a concentrated burst of summer sunshine. The vibrant terracotta colour hints at the aromas of pomegranate, blackcurrants, and a wonderfully surprising note of sloe gin – truly capturing the essence of the Alentejo. On the palate, the sweetness and acidity intertwine beautifully, finishing with a refreshing, fruit-driven character. It’s absolutely perfect with grilled fish or, perhaps, some freshly grilled sardines.
