The meticulous hand-harvesting and extended two-week maceration really coax out the complexity of the grapes – a beautiful blend of vanilla and spice thanks to the French oak, yet undeniably rooted in the distinctive character of Póvoa de Santarém. Seriously, it’s fantastic with grilled beef.
