Vallado Vinification: The grapes (50% with yields) are fermented for four days in “lagares” with periodic foot‑pressing. Varieties: Old vines with a blend of several varieties (field blend), sourced from a very old vineyard under the control of Quinta do Vallado in the Vale do Rio Torto. Stage: The wine ages for 20 months in stainless‑steel tanks. Oenology: Francisco Olazabal & Francisco Ferreira.
