Crafted from a 96-year-old vineyard, cultivated organically, and with that signature briny kiss from the sea breeze, the Vinha dos Aards Branco is a truly remarkable expression of its terroir. The meticulous, yet wonderfully spontaneous, winemaking – utilising direct pressing and fermentation in both inox and French oak – really amplifies those captivating iodine and linden blossom aromas. It’s a dense, vibrant wine with a persistence reminiscent of the tides, and would be absolutely divine alongside a salmon fillet or a rich, slow-cooked pork belly.
