The Vinha Paz wines, named after the producer’s mother, are produced in the demarcated Dão region. The estate covers about 10.5 hectares of vines, 7.5 of which are old vines. The wines are crafted by António Canto Moniz from grapes grown in the Leira da Tremoa area, processed by the traditional foot‑mashing method, and after vinification and maturation stages, they are bottled in the Casa da Carreira Alta cellars in Oliveira de Barreiros.
