The minimal filtration, achieved solely through the puncheon, results in a remarkably textured wine, almost as if it retains a hint of the fermentation process. Predominantly Aragonez and Trincadeira, these native grapes thrive in the region’s heat, delivering a full-bodied red perfect with grilled beef or perhaps some wild mushrooms.
