XXVI Talhas Mestre Daniel Talha Única White is a single-plot wine, made from the oldest vines and fermented entirely in a single clay amphora (talha). Produced only in years when the quality of the grapes warrants it, and limited to a maximum of 1,000 bottles per year, it is an exclusive expression of the tradition of talha winemaking. Like the rest of the Mestre Daniel range, it spends five to six months in contact with the skins, a process that contributes to its complexity and depth. The result is a wine of refined character, combining the authenticity of traditional winemaking with a more elegant and distinctive expression. Complex and food-friendly, it reveals a singular identity, shaped by the origin of the vines and by vinification in a single talha. (illustrative image only)
