Secret Spot Wines is a premium Douro brand, known for its minimalist approach and the production of single-vineyard, limited-edition wines. The project, founded by winemakers Rui Cunha and Gonçalo Sousa Lopes, has the main objective of showcasing the micro-terroirs of the Douro region. Philosophy and Production Single-vineyard wine: Each wine in the Secret Spot range comes from a single vineyard, carefully selected each harvest, to authentically express its identity. Secret origin: The exact origin of the plot is intentionally kept secret to focus attention on the wine's unique characteristics. The harvest is coded with a colored dot on the capsule. Limited production: The wines are produced in small quantities, resulting in exclusive bottles with great aging potential. Old vines: The brand also works with very old vines, over 50 years of age, in its Crooked Vines collection.
