This Barbeito Frasqueira Verdelho is a wonderfully evocative wine – a real journey through oak. That gorgeous golden hue, awarded 96 points, immediately releases aromas of tobacco leaf, beeswax, and a distinct cedar note. On the palate, it’s beautifully saline, with a vibrant lime acidity, and a surprisingly long finish. Seriously, it would pair brilliantly with grilled fish and samphire – a little Portuguese perfection!
