This Bojador Reserva clearly had a spirited youth – that hand-harvesting gives it a wonderfully defined character. Fermented in both oak lagares and balseiros (French oak), it’s developed a remarkable concentration alongside a subtle spice note, reminiscent of a hearty mountain recipe. Those firm tannins promise a robust experience, and the lingering finish suggests it still has plenty to say. A noteworthy achievement, earning 17 points from *Revista de Vinhos*, it pairs beautifully with well-seasoned red meats or a perfectly grilled steak.
