This Convés, harvested under the cloak of night, seems to have had a little midnight wander before it reached the bottle. The nocturnal harvest and those 16°C temperature shocks suggest a producer who isn't afraid to be meticulous. The result is a wine of intense colour, brimming with red forest fruits – as if the very forest had been bottled. It boasts a rounded, balanced mouthfeel and a remarkable smoothness, making it utterly perfect with a good beef stroganoff.
