This Dalva Rosé, driven by Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, clearly benefited from a particularly indulgent winter amongst the Douro’s ancient vines. The result is a wine brimming with forest-like aromas – think wild berries and wildflowers – and a wonderfully rounded mouthfeel, crucially paired with a lingering freshness. A truly delightful wine with character, perfect alongside grilled fish or roasted duck, perhaps?
