This Discordia Tourigas unfurls with a colour that seems to defy gravity – intensely radiant. On the nose, you’re met with a remarkable complexity, dominated by ripe black plum, balanced by a bright citrus note and a whisper of graphite, a lovely echo of the Alentejo’s porous limestone soils. Seriously robust, and a fantastic match for grilled beef or a well-aged cheese.
