Description

Dom Vicente “Field Blend” is a red wine made from the traditional varieties of the Dão region, presenting a vivid ruby colour and aromas of young, fresh red fruit. A floral character stands out, harmonised with the sweet notes of the wood where it aged. On the palate it is full‑bodied, fresh and persistent, revealing an excellent balance between natural acidity and structure, finishing with a mineral profile typical of its birthplace. Artemis is a wine brand born in Dão, later joined by the Algarve, convinced that the two regions can complement each other. These very different terroirs were chosen to plant vines with the aim of bringing together the vast richness and quality produced in each, and the commitment to create distinct, excellent wines that express the character of their estates. DOM VICENTE, the main brand, is a simple homage to the grandfather – Manuel Vicente, a Beirão of four sides, a man whose nobility of character and singular personality greatly contributed to awakening a love for nature, its harmony, colours, and scents.
