This Eleivera boasts a colour reminiscent of a springtime raspberry field, presenting a lively nose with ripe pear and a hint of black cherry – very typical of Dão’s indigenous grapes. The initial attack is refreshingly vibrant, underpinned by a solid structure thanks to the Rabigato and Códega. On the palate, it’s a genuinely enticing experience, leaving a persistent citrus finish; I'd recommend pairing it with a grilled white fish to really let the flavours shine.
