This Esporão 4 Castas is a wonderfully bold gamble – essentially a yearly “wine lottery” from the Esporão estate. A blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s crafted with a complexity befitting the Alentejo region, boasting a long finish and a distinctive character. Absolutely ideal with a hearty, slow-roasted meat.
