This rosé from Gerard Bertrand is clearly a wine obsessed with precision – a rather chilly approach, with a careful 8°C maceration, and a notably gentle pressing. The result is an unexpectedly youthful rosé, retaining a vibrant, almost aggressively fresh fruit character. It’s a surprisingly delightful pairing with grilled fish or, cheekily, a maracujá (passion fruit) sauce – a clash that somehow just *works*.
