“O Lobo Pink is certainly a bold gamble – the first liqueur rosé to hit the market, a curious deviation from the norm. The key to this innovation was a precise use of Cabernet Sauvignon, guaranteeing the intense colour sought after. Harvested early in November 2013, as befitting the demanding terroir of the Setúbal Peninsula, and crafted with passion for a truly exceptional vínica liqueur. Ten months’ ageing in cement tanks, utilising the limestone bedrock of Palmela, further enhances its distinct character – a pairing that sings with aged cheeses and patés.”
