The deep ruby colour hints at a rush of ripe red fruits – predominantly Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, no doubt – alongside some welcome spice notes. The vibrant acidity, remarkably smooth like a fine butter, ensures perfect balance and a lingering, refreshingly delicious finish. It’s a fantastic match for grilled beef or a lovely duck breast.
