Morgadio da Calçada After a rigorous selection process carried out in the vineyard and cellar following the harvest, the fermentation took place in stainless‑steel tanks with destemmed grapes. Maceration lasted about 15 days. It aged for 18 months in 228‑litre French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation took place. Allergen information: contains sulfites.
