This Pétalos is a wine that clearly enjoyed a lengthy, convivial chat with its grapes. The barrel maturation, held between 16-18°C, imparts a refinement that’s hard to argue with. You’ll find a beautiful expression of dark and red berries – perfectly fitting for the Jaén grape, known for its inherent pleasure – alongside a delicate floral note that makes it incredibly approachable. The attack on the palate is luxuriously smooth, with impeccably polished tannins, a distinctive mineral character, and acidity that flawlessly balances everything.
