This rosé from Herdade do Monte da Ribeira, born from a tradition dating back to 1989, is a testament to the virtues of patience. Crafted from a modestly expanded vineyard of 43 hectares, utilising a touch of Alvarinho and Antão Vaz, it truly embodies the estate's evolution. Predominantly built around Aragonez and Trincadeira, expect a vibrant acidity and delightful fruit notes – very much in keeping with the Vidigueira region. A superb match for grilled seafood or a seafood salad, really.
