This white from the Douro Superior, Quinta do Crasto style, clearly took a rather meticulous approach – box sorting, a strict 8°C decanting temperature… it’s as if they were building a fortress against imperfection. The extended 45-day maturation in French oak undoubtedly contributes to the wine’s complexity, a fantastic pairing with a generous portion of white fish or shellfish, wouldn't you agree?
