Vinification: The grapes, sourced from our estate Quinta da Cabreira in the Douro Superior sub-region, were brought to the winery in plastic crates and rigorously inspected on a sorting table upon arrival. The grapes were then completely destemmed and lightly crushed. After that, the must was transferred to temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel vats, where it spent 12 months aging in French oak barrels.
