Ravasqueira Alentejo Regional wine, born on clay‑calcareous soils with a rocky influence from granite and slate. Vinification: selected bunches are pressed in a cloth‑type press at 2 °C. After a period of static decantation, they ferment separately in stainless‑steel tanks and then pass to French oak barrels (20 % new, 80 % used). A subsequent low‑temperature ageing stage keeps the wine on its lees with light batonnage for 4 months before bottling. Winemakers: David Baverstock and Vasco Rosa Santos.
