The remarkably early harvest – unheard of, really – delivers a stunning balance of fruit and acidity, a direct result of this exceptional terroir. Fermented with carefully selected yeasts, the must undergoes a 48-hour settling process to maximize the grapes’ quality. The end result? A vibrant, citrine-coloured wine brimming with intense tropical fruit aromas and a distinct mineral character, consistently earning 92 points from Robert Parker – and it deserves every one. Perfect with freshly caught fish or, frankly, a truly decadent bacalhau à Brás.
