This Alvarinho is undeniably proud of its roots. Crafted from vines perched high above 200 metres in Monção and Melgaço, it bursts with a remarkably intense minerality, as if it’s soaked up all the granite’s secrets. The delicate lees aging further adds to its complexity, leaving a delightfully dry and lingering finish – you’ll certainly be reaching for another glass. Notably, the hand-picked harvest and rapid grape movement ensure the fruit retains its freshness and elegance. Robert Parker awarded it 91 points, and it’s a fantastic match for grilled white fish or a seafood delight.
