Born from the chestnut-rich soils of the Alto Alentejo, this Talha clay wine is a passionate tribute to the land. Featuring traditional grapes – Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot and Touriga Nacional – it presents a remarkably expressive nose, dominated by the clay, with a hint of black pepper, as praised by *Revista de Vinhos*. The mouthfeel is substantial, mirroring the density of the soil, culminating in a long, lingering finish with notes of molasses and cherry – utterly delightful with black pork.
