This rosé from Torre de Palma is the result of incredibly meticulous harvesting – a temperature-controlled vigil of just 3°C! The pale pink hue immediately delivers notes of vibrant cherry and wild strawberry, thanks to the use of Touriga Nacional and Aragonez grapes. Maturation in concrete and some used oak adds a welcome structure and acidity, ensuring a long, satisfying finish. It’s a beautifully elegant wine, with a classic character subtly defined by the inherent qualities of the grapes – perfect with grilled fish or game.
