The deep, almost opaque colour hints at the intense flavour profile – a concentrated liquor of dark chocolate, interwoven with notes of rock sugar and a refreshing touch of mint, all beautifully balanced with spices and, of course, the influence of oak. It boasts a luxurious, silky texture and a long, persistent finish, brimming with character. Absolutely perfect with a perfectly grilled beef steak and a generous wedge of blue cheese, I’d say.
