This Três Flores certainly appears to have had an eventful journey – sandalwood and pine notes hinting at a terroir touched by schist. The white pepper adds an unexpectedly vibrant spark, while the Tinto Cão and Alicante Bouschet deliver a quality fruit that’s, frankly, quite seductive. A generous, viscous wine, with a touch of mystery, and a fantastic pairing with roasted pork.
