This Vallado Magnum, crafted from grapes aged between 60 and 100 years, delivers a wonderfully intense burst of ripe red berry flavours – a nostalgic trip straight back to the '90s. The winemaking, aided by stainless steel tanks, gives it a wonderfully full-bodied structure, layered with smooth, rounded tannins, beautifully balancing the character of the Aragonez and Touriga Nacional. A brief maturation in 3rd and 4th year French oak adds a touch of elegance. Expect a long finish – ideally paired with a hearty roasted meat or a slow-cooked rabbit.
