Herdade Das Servas

Herdade das Servas is a family-owned wine estate with a long history and tradition in the Alentejo region, in Estremoz. The Serrano Mira family, at the head of the Herdade, maintains a strong winemaking legacy with roots that go back 13 generations. Wine production at Herdade das Servas combines respect for history with innovation. History and Terroir Origins: The property possesses a rich historical heritage, preserving, for example, clay amphorae dating back to 1667. Location: The estate is located in Estremoz, a few kilometers from the city. Viticulture: Over the years, the Serrano Mira family has expanded its vineyards, which currently cover about 350 hectares, cultivated with a wide variety of grape varieties.
