Croft & Tonic Em Lata Rosé

This rosé from the Douro has clearly had a playful encounter with tonic water – and, I must admit, the result is surprisingly brilliant. Bursting with notes of ripe strawberry and raspberry, it’s balanced by a refreshing cherry element, all underpinned by the saline elegance of the tonic. A beautiful vintage made with Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Touriga Francesa, ideally paired with a grilled fish, perhaps salmon with a yogurt sauce.
